Barry C. Watson Obituary

Barry C. Watson, 72, of West Warwick passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Karen N. (Gagne) Watson.
He was born in Providence on October 25, 1947, a son of the late Roger C. and Agnes A. (Duncan) Watson.
Barry was a manufacturing supervisor for many years and after his retirement, he enjoyed serving as an Uber driver for the past several years. He was an avid golfer and loved all of the New England sports teams but most of all enjoyed being a devoted grandfather.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Tara K. Watson of Kentuckey and Erin M. Rolfe and her husband, Kenneth of Lincoln; a sister, Linda L. Trahan of Coventry and his two grandchildren, Audrey M. Rolfe and Marc C. Rolfe. He was the brother of the late Leila Watson.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 4-7 pm in the Potvin-Quinn Funeral Home, 45 Curson Street, West Warwick. A prayer service will follow at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O.
