Benjamin “Ben” R. Sacharko, 32, a longtime resident of Narragansett, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019. He was a beloved son of Deborah J. (Higham) and the late Theodore M. Sacharko; paternal grandson of Claire (Fox) Sacharko.
Ben was a talented chef. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends and sharing this talent with others. He was an Eagle Scout and a gifted musician. Ben played many instruments, especially piano and guitar.
Ben was the loving brother of Michael T. Sacharko and his wife, Jennifer of New Hampshire, Malia C. Cone and her husband, Ben of Charlestown, RI and Nicholas Sacharko. He was the adoring uncle of Jameson Cone and Henry Sacharko. Ben is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours will be Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4-7 pm in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. His funeral service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 9 am in the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Boys Scouts of America, PO Box 152079, Irving, TX 75015-2079, will be appreciated.
