Yi Chong Pok Jones Obituary

Yi Chong Pok (Lee) Jones, 75, passed away on February 23, 2020. She was the beloved wife and best friend of Paul Jones of Jamestown for fifty-five years. Lee was born in Tang Jin, South Korea in 1943. She and Paul met while he was stationed there with the U.S. Army. They were married in Seoul, South Korea in 1964. They relocated to Jamestown in 1982, where she resided until her passing.

She leaves behind brother, Yi Chong Soo, and Yi Chong Jon of South Korea. She also leaves behind sister in-law Judith Albaugh, and brothers in-laws Leonard Albaugh, Peter Drury, Robert Rice all of Jamestown, and Frank Jones of Toledo, Oregon. She will also be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Services were private, and interment was at the RI Veterans’ Cemetery.
